Erik Larson on tour 

Best-selling author Erik Larson '76 will be making a several appearances in the coming weeks across the country. A former Wall Street Journal features writer and ongoing contributing writer for Time magazine, Larson has written four non-fiction books. His latest, In the Garden of Beasts: Love, Terror and An American Family in Hitler's Berlin, was published last year.

On May 1st, Larson will deliver the keynote address at Facing History and Ourselves' 21st annual Chicago Benefit dinner on May 1st. For more information on that event, click here.

Then on May 5th, Larson will be appearing at the main branch of the Public Library of Cincinnati. For more info on that event, click here.

On May 8th, he will be speaking at The Music Hall for Writers on a New England Stage in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. For more info on that event, click here.

The New York Times also reports that Larson is writing a new book on the sinking of the Lusitania, which is set to be released in 2015.
